Behavior Specialist/Analyst

The Elizabeth Lee Black School is seeking a Behavior Specialist/Analyst for a full-time school year position. Serves as member of educational team and provides behavior analytic programming for students with developmental disabilities in an Approved Private School.

Responsibilities for Behavioral Specialist/Analyst:

  • Complete functional assessment
  • Program development
  • Program monitoring
  • Data collection and interpretation
  • Staff training and crisis response

Qualifications for Behavior Specialist/Analyst:

  • Master’s degree in human services field
  • BCBA Certified preferred
  • Related experience required
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
  • PA Dept. of Education FBI clearance required
