Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential

Pay Rate: $16.10/hr.

New Hire Sign-On Bonus $1,500

Full Time Hours: 2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm) and 3rd (11:00pm - 9:00am) shifts available, including weekends and holidays, 40 hours/week

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential - you will be making a direct impact on the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From meal preparation to trips in the park, DSPs provide support every step of the way in residential group homes located in Erie, Fairview and Girard, PA.

In a team environment, you will work toward one goal: making sure our adults lead active and independent lives. It’s more than a career; it’s a fulfilling way of life.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsibilities include helping with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, transporting to day programs, completing household chores, and promoting independence.

Qualifications for Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI clearance is required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
